瞄准生产型实训基地探索“双五”工匠精神运作模式

摘要
中等职业学校在发展的过程中,应将以下几项工作内容作为重点,即:促进工学结合、顶岗实习以及校企合作,从而强化人才团队建设,健全内部管理体系,创新教学理念,改善教育方针,并以此作为基础条件,加大教学改革力度,有效提高内涵建设,培养更多的专业技术人才。在进行建设之后,项目学校将会发展成我国中等职业学校改革的标杆,从而起到辐射以及模范作用。武清职业教育中心实训基地建设通过"双五"运作方式进行。"双五"运作将耐心专注、精益求精、追求极致的"工匠精神"融入到职业教育,在职业教育教学中发扬工匠精神使学生在获得技术技能的同时价值观得以提升。实训基地运行以产教结合、校企合作为载体,以课程改革、技能强化为途径,以深化内涵、优化服务为目标,深入开展学生校内实训、企业顶岗实习、社会技能培训以及面向企业提供相关技术服务等工作,收到很好的效果。
In the process of development of secondary vocational schools,the following work contents should be the focus,namely:promoting the combination of work and study,post practice and schoolenterprise cooperation,thus strengthening the construction of talent teams,improving the internal management system,innovating teaching concepts,and improving the educational policy.And then,taking these as the basic condition to increase the intensity of teaching reform,effectively improve the connotation construction,and cultivate more professional and technical personnel.After the construction,the project school will be developed into a benchmark for the reform of secondary vocational schools in China,thus playing a role of radiation and exemplary.The construction of the training base of Wuqing Vocational Education Center was carried out through the operation mode of"double five-requirement".The operation of"double five-requirement"integrates the craftsman's spirits of patience,excellence and pursuit of perfection into vocational education.The promotion of craftsman's spirits in vocational education and teaching enables students to improve their value system while acquiring technical skills.Running with the combination of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation as the carrier,taking the curriculum reform and skills enhancement as the approach,and targeting at deepening the connotation and optimizing the service,the training base carries out the students' on-campus training,post practice in enterprises,social skills training and enterprise-oriented provision of relevant technical services and other work in a deep-going way,and receives very good results.
