摘要
高粱苗期的耐冷性是扩大高粱生产范围、降低早春播种低温冷害风险的重要性状。为满足高粱耐冷育种和耐冷性状遗传解析的材料需求,试验对237份不同来源的高粱种质进行了苗期耐冷性鉴定。结果表明,根据幼苗成活率分级,筛选出苗期1级耐冷种质12份,其中,我国地方品种5份、育成品种4份,外国品种3份;不同地理来源的高粱种质耐冷性存在明显差异,1级耐冷资源中我国地方品种和育成品种所占比例较大。说明来自我国尤其是北方地区的高粱资源中蕴含着丰富的耐冷资源,可以加大力度进行筛选鉴定。
        The cold tolerance of sorghum seedlings is an important factor in expanding the product range of sorghum and reducing the risk of cold damage in early spring.To meet the material requirements of genetic analysis of sorghum cold tolerance breeding and cold-tolerant traits,237 sorghum germplasms from different sources were identified for cold tolerance at seedling stage.The results showed that according to the survival rate of seedlings,12 cold-resistant germplasms belonged to grade 1.Among them,there were 5 local varieties and 4 bred varieties in China,and 3 foreign varieties.There were significant differences in cold tolerance of sorghum germplasms from different geographical sources,and the proportion of Chinese local and bred varieties in the first-grade cold tolerance resources was the larger.It shows that the sorghum resources from China,especially the northern region,contain abundant cold tolerance resources,which can be enhanced for screening and identification.
