摘要
介绍了直线光栅的类型、结构、污染后果,从原理上研究分析了直线光栅污染失效的原因,根据这些原因提出了有效的防护措施,解决了直线光栅污染失效的难题,保证了机床的正常工作。
In this paper,the type,structure and contamination result of linear encoder are introduced,the reason of the contamination failure of linear encoder is analyzed from the principle,according to these reasons,effective protective measures are put forward,the problem of contamination failure of linear encoder is solved and the normal operation of the machine tool is guaranteed.
