日粮添加中草药对育肥猪生长性能、肉品质和肌纤维特性的影响

摘要
本试验旨在研究日粮中添加中草药对育肥猪生长性能、肉品质和肌纤维特性的影响。试验选取120头体重约60 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交育肥猪,按体重相近、公母各半的原则随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。4个处理组分别在基础日粮中添加50 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素(对照组)、0.1%复合中草药添加剂(试验1组),0.5%复合中草药添加剂(试验2组),1%复合中草药添加剂(试验3组),试验为期28d。结果表明:试验1组末重和平均日增重显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但试验2、3组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验3组育肥猪的平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。在肉品质方面,与对照组相比,试验1组肌肉的L*值显著提高(P<0.05),试验2、3组肌肉的a*值显著提高(P<0.05),试验3组肌肉的大理石纹评分显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加0.5%和1%的复合中草药添加剂可以提高育肥猪生产性能,达到或接近抗生素的添加效果,且在提高猪肉品质方面优于抗生素,显示出良好的抗生素替代效果。
        This study was conducted to study the effects of Chinese herbs added to diet on growth performance,meat quality and muscle fiber characteristics of fattening pigs. 120 fattening pigs(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire)were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group of 3 replicates with 10 piglets per replicate. The four group were fed with basal diets + antibiotics(control treat,CT),basal diets + 0.1%Chinese herbs(experiment treat,ET1),basal diets + 0.5%Chinese herbs(experiment treat,ET2),basal diets + 1%Chinese herbs(experiment treat,ET3). The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of ET1 was significantly lower than that of CT(P < 0.05),but the final weight and average daily gain of ET2 and ET3 had no significant difference when compared with CT(P > 0.05). ET3 significantly increased the average daily feed intake of fattening pig than that of CT(P < 0.05). Compared with CT,ET1 significantly improve the muscle L* value(P < 0.05),ET2 and ET3 significantly improved the muscle a* value(P < 0.05). Besides,ET3 also significantly increased the muscle marbling score(P < 0.05). In conclusion,ET2 and ET3 can improve the performance of fattening pigs,achieve or close to the effect of antibiotics,and improve the quality of pork better than antibiotics,showing a good effect of antibiotic substitution.
