摘要

目的:探讨血栓弹力图应用于肿瘤患者高凝状态诊断的临床价值。方法:收治肿瘤患者60例作为观察组,随机选取60例体检人群作为对照组,分析两组血栓弹力图、血小板计数、血凝试验参数、D-D二聚体及超声多普勒等检测数据。结果:观察组的反应时间明显长于对照组;D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原、最大幅度、纤维蛋白原降解产物及血小板数量等指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用血栓弹力图、血小板计数、血凝试验参数、D-D二聚体及超声多普勒等诊断技术对肿瘤患者的凝血状态进行评估,可对血栓的危险性进行预测。
        Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the application of thrombelastogram in the diagnosis of tumor patients with high coagulation state.Methods:60 patients with cancer were selected as the observation group,while 60 cases taken physical examination were selected as the control group.The thrombelastogram,platelet count,blood coagulation parameters,D-D dimer and doppler ultrasound detection data were analyzed of the two groups.Results:The reaction time of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The D-dimer,fibrinogen,maximum amplitude,fibrinogen degradation products and platelet count were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We predict the risk of thrombosis by assess the thrombelastogram,platelet count,blood coagulation parameters,D-D dimer and doppler ultrasound diagnostic techniques for tumor coagulation state.
