环磷酰胺冲击治疗风湿免疫疾病的价值分析

摘要
目的研究环磷酰胺冲击治疗风湿免疫疾病的临床价值。方法方便选取2015年3月—2017年12月该院收治的风湿免疫疾病患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。给予对照组患者常规治疗,在常规治疗基础上给予试验组患者环磷酰胺冲击治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,比较两组治疗前后临床症状,并比较两组患者治疗前后各项评价指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组76.00%的治疗总有效率,数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.352 9,P=0.017 7)。两组治疗前的临床症状和各项评价指标均差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组指标均得到改善,但试验组治疗后临床症状指标优于对照组,且试验组治疗后各项评价指标优于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰胺冲击治疗风湿免疫疾病的临床效果较好,能有效改善患者的临床症状,促使患者关节功能恢复,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To study the clinical value of cyclophosphamide in the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases.Methods Convenient select 100 patients with rheumatic immune disease admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the test group was given cyclophosphamide shock treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared. The clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the evaluation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%, which was higher than the total effective rate of 76.00%of the control group. The data were significantly different(χ~2=6.352 9, P=0.017 7). There were no significant differences in the clinical symptoms and evaluation indexes between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the two groups of indicators were improved, but the clinical symptoms of the experimental group were better than the control group after treatment, and the evaluation indexes of the experimental group were better after treatment, the data were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of cyclophosphamide on the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases is better. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of joint function. It has high clinical value.
