摘要
针对无线传感器网络节点上射频模块在收发数据时工作在高速高频状态,采用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对无线传感器节点上射频模块进行信号完整性分析.通过传输线理论计算并与仿真结合,在差分信号线终端端接合适的电阻,调整PCB线宽和线间距,使高速信号在传输时尽可能减小反射和串扰.仿真结果表明,调整后的差分信号接近理论分析,达到了信号完整性要求.
This paper analyses signal integrity for RF module of wireless sensor node by HFSS software of the three-dimension electromagnetic simulation when RF module sends and receives data working at high frequency and high speed for wireless sensor network node. By combining the transmission line theoretical calculation and simulation,the appropriate resistance is connected at the terminal end of the differential signal line,and the PCB line width and line spacing are adjusted to minimize the reflection and crosstalk when the high-speed signal is transmitted. The simulation result shows that the adjusted differential signal is close to the theoretical analysis and meets the signal integrity requirement.
