摘要

弹性车轮为轮箍和轮芯之间镶嵌防振橡胶,用来缓和轮轨冲击振动、降低轮轨冲击噪声、减少转向架传动装置的动应力、降低轮轨磨耗、提高线路、车辆和车轮的使用寿命,提高车辆运行平稳性,提高乘客乘坐舒适度。由于中间镶嵌了弹性橡胶件,因此,保证产品组装后的踏面跳动及内轮辋面跳动极为困难。
        The elastic wheel is inlaid with anti-vibration rubber between the tyre and the wheel core, which is used to alleviate the wheel-rail impact vibration, reduce the wheel-rail impact noise, the dynamic stress of the bogie transmission device, and the wheel-rail wear, and improve the service life of the line, the vehicle and the wheel, the running stability of the vehicle and the comfortability of passengers. Because the elastic rubber parts are embedded in the middle, it is very difficult to ensure the tread run-out and the inner rim run-out after the product assembly.
