摘要
以沈阳市为例,从黑臭水体分布、已完成的整治措施及问题识别与诊断3个方面总结了沈阳市建成区黑臭水体的治理现状及进展,提出了黑臭水体整治的近期目标。基于黑臭水体汇水单元污染负荷的分析结果,明确了沈阳市建成区黑臭水体整治方案与整治措施,并以已完成治理的满堂河和白塔堡河为典型河流,总结分析了黑臭水体治理的经验及成效。
        In this study, Shenyang city was taken as an example, the current status and progress on the black and odorous water bodies treatment in built-up area were summarized from three aspects: the distribution of the black and odorous water bodies, completed treatment measures and problem recognition and diagnosis. Then the short-term comprehensive treatment target was proposed. Based on the analytical results of various pollution loads within each catchment unit, regulation scheme and comprehensive measures for the black and odorous water body treatment in Shenyang built-up area were provided. In addition, experience and achievement of the black and odorous water bodies treatment were summarized and analyzed based on the case study of the black and odorous phenomenon elimination in Mantang River and Baitapu River.
