摘要
通过钻井资料和测试实验数据,分析了石槽村煤矿煤岩特征、煤的化学性质和煤的工艺性能,并对煤的工业用途进行了评价。研究表明:石槽村煤矿宏观煤岩类型主要为半暗型煤,煤岩成分以暗煤为主;有机显微组分主要为镜质组,无机显微组分主要由黏土矿物组成。煤的化学性质以特低灰-低灰、中高挥发分、特低硫、低磷和特低氯为特征,煤种为不黏煤,具有高热值、无黏结性、高热稳定性、弱结渣性和中等可选的工艺性能。通过研究发现,石槽村煤矿煤的用途广泛,主要可用作动力用煤,此外,还可用于火力发电、工业锅炉、水泥工业以及生活等方面用煤。
        By drilling and the experimental test data, analyzed the coal lithotypes, chemical and technological properties, and evaluated the industrial use of Shicaocun coal mine. The research showed that the main macroscopic coal types are semi-dark coal and the coal lithotypes composition is mainly dark coal. The organic microscopic components are composed of vitrinite and inorganic microscopic components are dominated by clay minerals. The chemical properties of coal are characterized by extra low-low ash, medium-high volatility, extra-low sulfur, low phosphorus and extra-low chlorine. The coal is non-caking coal which belongs to high calorific value, non-caking property, high thermal stability, weak clinkering property and medium washability of process performance. Based on coal characteristics of Shicaocun coal mine, it is widely used as power and also be used in the field of thermal power, cement industry and daily life.
