对一例嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染性心内膜炎病人的药学服务

摘要
<正>近10多年随着我国人口的老龄化,老年退行性心脏瓣膜病病人增加,人工心脏瓣膜置换术、介入器材植入术以及各种血管内检查操作机会增加,感染性心内膜炎(infective endocarditis,IE)呈显著增长趋势。本病死亡率高、预后差。根据首版《成人感染心内膜炎的预防、诊断和治疗专家共识》[1],IE治愈的关键在于清除赘生物中的病原微生物。现结合1例嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌引起的IE病例,探讨分析其抗感染治疗的思路及其瓣膜置换术后的抗凝管理策略。
