疑似恶性肿瘤的肺外结核使用γ干扰素实验的诊断分析

摘要
目的探讨疑似恶性肿瘤的肺外结核使用γ干扰素实验的诊断的临床功效。方法选取2014-03-2016-05成都市公共卫生临床医疗中心就诊可疑肺外结核患者210例,对其进行T-SPOT实验,判断γ-干扰素释放试验在临床中的诊断作用。结果 210例患者确诊肺外结核135例,排除60例,15例不能排除是否感染结核杆菌,γ-干扰素释放试验灵敏度84%,特异性53%。结论γ-干扰素释放试验灵敏度高、特异性强,对肺外结核诊断具有一定的辅助功效。
OBJECTIVE To investigate suspected malignant tumor extrapulmonary tuberculosis using gamma interferon experimental diagnosis of clinical efficacy.METHODS Select our hospital 210 cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis patients suspicious,on the T-SPOT experiment,the judge release test in clinical diagnosis of gamma interferon.RESULTS 210 patients diagnosed extrapulmonary tuberculosis in 135 cases,60cases,15 cases cannot be ruled out whether infected with TB bacilli,gamma interferon release test sensitivity 84%,specificity 53%.CONCLUSION Gamma interferon release test sensitivity,strong specificity,of extrapulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis has some auxiliary function.
