摘要

目前,城市轨道交通已经成为许多城市公共交通的重要组成部分,也为城市发展带来了更多的机遇。规划报建审批贯穿轨道交通建设整个流程,是轨道交通建设的重要组成部分。由于城市轨道交通建设周期长、涉及的部门多,其审批程序也相当复杂。本文以苏州6号线为例,针对苏州市城市轨道交通"两证一书"的规划报建内容及流程进行简要介绍和分析,并提出一定的见解与建议。
        At present, urban rail transit has become an important part of many urban public transport, and it also brings more opportunities for urban development.Planning submission for approval runs through the whole process of rail transit construction and is an important part of rail transit construction. Because of the long construction period and many departments involved in urban rail transit, its approval procedure is also quite complicated. Taking Suzhou Line 6 as an example, this paper introduces and analyses the content and process of planning and submitting for "two certificates and one book" of urban rail transit in Suzhou briefly, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions.
