摘要
目的对2013年-2017年湖州市流感病毒分离鉴定结果进行对比分析,为流感的防控提供科学依据。方法采集湖州市2所哨点医院的流感样病例鼻咽拭子标本,接种狗肾传代(MDCK)细胞进行病毒分离,采用血凝抑制(HI)对分离的病毒型别鉴定。结果 2013年-2017年共接受并分离鼻咽拭子标本10 122份,分离出流感病毒501株,总阳性率为4. 95%。新甲型H1N1、H3N2、BY、BV 4种血清型毒株均有出现。每年的优势毒株有所不同。流感病毒分离率较高的时间段在每年11月-次年3月,且在5岁~和25岁~年龄组的分离率最高。结论 2013年-2017年湖州市流感病毒分离率无明显变化,近年流行的流感毒株型有H3N2亚型、新甲型H1N1型和BY型、BV型,每年的流行优势株和流行强弱程度均不同,流感流行整体处于相对平稳状态。
        Objective To compare the isolation and identification results of influenza virus in Huzhou from 2013 to 2017,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza. Methods Throat swab specimen were collected from influenza-like case in two sentinel hospitals of Huzhou. The influenza virus was inoculated with Madin-darby canine kidney( MDCK) cells for isolation and the isolated virus types were identified with hemagglutination inhibition( HI). Results A total of 501 influenza strains were detected from 10 122 specimens during 2013-2017,and the positive rate was 4. 95%. Influenza A H1N1,A H3N2,BV and BY strains were all detected,but the dominant strains were different in each year. The separation rate of influenza viruses was high from November to March of the next year,and the highest was in 5-25 years old group.Conclusion The isolation rate of influenza had no change during 2013-2017. The main influenza virus subtypes were influenza A H1N1,H3N2 subtype,BV and BY in Huzhou,and the dominant subtypes changed in different years,but staying in a relatively stable state.
