摘要
某石化85万吨/年芳烃抽提大检修期间发现多台换热器有不同程度腐蚀,分析原因包括原料中带有小剂量氯以及环丁砜降解腐蚀等,针对上述问题提出严格控制蒸汽温度、系统氧含量、溶剂水含量,增加阴离子交换树脂法脱除系统中酸性物质,并在可能情况下更换耐腐蚀材料。
A number of heat exchangers were found to be corroded in varying degrees during the overhaul of 850000 tons of aromatic hydrocarbons in Quanzhou Petrochemical Company. The reasons for the analysis include low dose chlorine in raw materials and degradation corrosion of sulfolane. Proposes the strict control vapor temperature, the system oxygen content, the solvent water content in view of the above question. Adding Anion Exchange Resin to remove acidic substances from the system. In the possible situation to replace the anti-corrosive material.
