摘要
以汽车发动机缸体5斜油孔加工为研究对象,分析其工艺要求、生产纲领及现有生产线工艺、装备存在的问题,采用工序集中原则,提出了一次装夹同时完成5斜油孔加工的工艺方案;在此工艺方案基础上,确定了工件加工姿态,进而确定了专用机床左端设置左夹具体装夹工件、右端设置床身安装5轴主轴箱、中间设置右夹具体支撑导向系统的整体布局方案;根据工件加工姿态要求,确定了专用夹具定位夹紧机构结构,为防止加工时出现引偏、窜孔、断刀等现象,设计了两套导向机构,并详细阐述了其结构及工作原理。实际应用表明:单台设备年生产纲领在30万件左右,合格率由80%提升至99. 9%以上,解决了窜孔、断刀问题。
        Taking the processing of inclined oil hole of automobile engine block 5 as the research object,analyzing its process requirements, production program and existing production line process and equipment problems,using the principle of process concentration,it is proposed to complete 5 clamping oil holes at the same time. On the basis of this process plan,the workpiece processing attitude is determined,and then the left end of the special machine tool is set to the left clamp to specifically clamp the workpiece,the right end is set to the bed to install the 5-axis headstock,and the middle set is the right clamp specific support guiding system. The overall layout scheme; according to the workpiece processing posture requirements,the structure of the special fixture positioning clamping mechanism is determined. In order to prevent the phenomenon of deflection,boring,broken knife,etc. during processing,two sets of guiding mechanisms are designed,and the structure is elaborated. And working principle. The practical application shows that the annual production program of a single equipment is about 300,000 pieces,and the pass rate is increased from 80% to over 99. 9%,which solves the problem of boring and broken knives.
