迎随式穴位埋线联合佩连麻黄方治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床研究

摘要
目的:探析迎随式穴位埋线联合佩连麻黄方治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:将100例脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例,对照组给予佩连麻黄方治疗,治疗组进行迎随式穴位埋线联合佩连麻黄方疗法,两组均治疗3个月。另选取同期来我院体检的50名体重正常者作为空白组,比较3组治疗前后的体质量指数、腰臀围比值;比较3组治疗前后的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果:治疗后两组体质量指数、腰臀围比值等指标均降低,且治疗组治疗后各指标显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL-C等血脂水平均降低,且治疗组治疗后各指标显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:迎随式穴位埋线联合佩连麻黄方治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖,可显著降低体质量指数,改善血脂水平。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding and TCM prescription of Peilian Mahuang for patients with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation of simple obesity.Method:A total of 100 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation of simple obesity were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The patients took TCM prescription of Peilian Mahuang in control group,and acupoint catgut embedding and TCM prescription of Peilian Mahuang in treatment group.There were 50 healthy check-ups selected as normal group.The body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio,the index of TC,TG and LDL-C were compared among the three groups before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the index of BMI and waist-to-hip ratio decreased in control and treatment groups,and the treatment group showed lower BMI and waist-to-hip ratio than the control group(P<0.05);the index of TC,TG and LDL-C decreased in control and treatment groups,and the treatment group showed lower TC,TG and LDL-C than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation of simple obesity,the acupoint catgut embedding and TCM prescription of Peilian Mahuang can reduce the index of BMI and improve the blood lipid level.
