摘要
目的:探讨1对1导师制在儿童重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法:本次将48名参加规范化培训的住院医师纳入研究对象,针对48名住院医师进行1对1导师制的培养,导师和学生共同制订学习计划,在教学过程中,除了传统的讲授式教学法,还加入了基于问题的教学模式以及基于病例的教学模式,并通过每周讲座、教学查房、导师"手把手"教学实践操作以及病例讨论等多种形式,系统地对学生进行综合培养、指导。1对1导师制的作用和效果通过学生问卷调查、客观考试,以及住院医生对进入1对1导师制培训体系以来的主观感受等进行评价。结果:48名住院医师在培训前后两次考试结果显示,培训后的正确率较培训前显著提高(P<0.05)。住院医师对1对1导师制的满意程度调查显示,非常满意为90%,满意为10%。住院医师参加江苏省住院医师规范化培训第一阶段考核的成绩,理论合格率98%、实践合格率98%。结论:1对1导师制培养体系是儿童重症医学科住院医师规范化培训体系中的重要内容,能够培养出专业理论与临床实践能力都合格的住院医师。
        Objective:To explore the application value of one-to-one tutorial system in residents training of pediatric intensive care medicine.Methods:Forty-eight residents participated in the development of the one-to-one tutorial system.Tutors and students developed a learning plan together.Besides the traditional teaching method,the problem-based teaching model as well as the case-based teaching model were added to the teaching process.Students are systematically trained and mentored in a variety of ways,including weekly lectures,rounds of teaching rounds,tutors' hands-on teaching practices,and case discussions.The role and effect of the one-to-one tutorial system was evaluated through student questionnaires,objective examinations,and the subjective feelings of residents who entered the 1-to-1 tutorial system.Results:48 residency received tests before and after the training,test results showed that the accuracy after the training Was significantly higher than that of before(P <0.05).The residents survey about satisfaction of tutorial system showed that 90% residents were very satisfied,10% were satisfied.All Residents took part in Jiangsu professional first stage examination,the results showed that 98%residents passed academic knowledge test and 98% residents passed practice test.Conclusion:The one-to-one tutorial system is an important part of the standardization training system for intensive care residents in children,and it can cultivate resident doctors who are qualified in both professional theory and clinical practice.
