快速康复护理路径对手外伤患者的疗效及护理满意度的影响探究

摘要
目的探讨对手外伤患者给予快速康复护理路径干预后,观察对其临床疗效以及护理满意度产生的影响。方法选择我院2016年10月~2017年8月收治的120例手外伤患者作为实验对象;采用数字奇偶法分组;临床确定护理方案期间,对照组(60例):手术后采用常规方案施护;观察组(60例):手术后采用快速康复护理路径方案施护;最终就两组手外伤患者病情治疗总有效率、手指关节总活动度、护理满意度以及日常生活能力评分展开对比。结果同对照组手外伤患者病情治疗总有效率(80.00%)对比,观察组(98.33%)获得显著提升(P<0.05);同对照组手外伤患者手指关节总活动度展开对比,观察组获得显著提升(P<0.05);同对照组手外伤患者护理满意度(78.33%)对比,观察组(98.33%)获得显著提升(P<0.05)。同对照组手外伤患者日常生活能力评分对比,观察组获得显著提升(P<0.05)。结论临床合理采用快速康复护理路径方案对手外伤患者施护,于疗效提升、关节总活动度提升以及护理满意程度提升方面获得确切效果,从而对于手外伤患者病情快速好转做出保证,充分证明应用快速康复护理路径方案对手外伤患者施护的价值所在。
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention pathway on the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction on patients with hand injuries. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of hand injuries treated in our hospital from October 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the experimental subjects. The patients were divided into two groups according to the number parity method. During the period of clinical nursing program, the control group(60 cases) was given routine nursing care after operation, the observation group(60 cases) was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway program after operation. Finally, the total effective rate of treatment, total joint activity of hand joints, nursing satisfaction and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate(80.00%) of the observation group(98.33%) was significantly improved(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the total activity of the joint was compared, and the observation group was significantly improved(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group(98.33%) was significantly improved than 78.33% of the control group(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the daily life ability score of patients in observation group was significantly improved(P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinically and rationally using the program of rapid rehabilitation nursing care for patients with hand injuries and obtaining the exact effect in improving the curative effect, improving the total joint mobility and improving the level of nursing satisfaction, thus ensuring the quick recovery of hand trauma patients and fully demonstrating that rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway program opponent hand injuries patients care value.
