西芹鲜根及根际区物浸提液处理后黄瓜枯萎病菌落直径及其分泌的3种细胞壁降解酶活性的变化

摘要
为了探讨西芹鲜根及根际区物浸提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌的生理生化作用,在培养基条件下,将西芹鲜根及根际区物浸提液(蒸馏水、80%丙酮、80%乙醇)和黄瓜枯萎病菌进行共培养,144 h后测定黄瓜枯萎病菌菌落直径以及分泌的3种细胞壁降解酶活性。结果表明,共培养144h之后,鲜根及根际区物浸提液处理可以抑制菌落直径和CWDEs活性,鲜根丙酮浸提液处理的抑制作用最佳,菌落直径较丙酮对照下降了31.16%,CWDEs活性分别较对照下降了43.87%、13.05%和27.19%。说明西芹鲜根及根际区物浸提液中含有的物质能够抑制黄瓜枯萎病菌的生长,并降低其分泌的细胞壁降解酶活性,并且表现为鲜根浸提液效果优于根际区物浸提液,丙酮浸提液效果优于乙醇浸提液优于蒸馏水浸提液。
        For investigate the effects of extracts in the parsley fresh root and root soil on physiological and biochemical aspects of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumebrium. Studied the changes of colony diameter and the activities of three cell wall degrading enzymes after 144 h of co-culture between the extracts( distilled water、80% acetone and 80% ethanol) of parsley fresh root and root soil with Fusarium oxysporium f. sp. cucumerinum in the medium. The results showed that after 144 h of co-culture,after treated with the extracts,colony diameter and CWDEs,activities were all less-than the contrasts,and the acetone extract of fresh root treatment was the best one,the colony diameter was lower 31. 16% than the acetone control,the CWDEs,activities were decreased by 43.87% 、13. 05% and 27. 19% than the acetone control. So the substances of the different extracts of parsley fresh root and root soil were inhibited the colony diameter and the activity of cell wall degrading enzyme. Fresh root extracts caused more distinct changes than root soil extracts,the most significant effects were noted by acetone extracts,followed by ethanol extracts and distilled water extracts.
