摘要
采用Polyflow软件对棒形型材挤出口模进行逆向数值设计,获得其挤出口模的构型和尺寸,计算出聚合物熔体在口模内速度分布和挤出胀大。结果表明:逆向数值设计是挤出口模设计的有效手段,可以大大减少试模和修模的次数,从而提高生产效率,节约生产成本。
The inverse numerical design of the die for extrusion of a rounf bar was finished by means of Polyflow software.The configuration and dimension of the die were worked out and the melt velocity distribution inside the die as well as the die swell were traced out.The results showed that the inverse numerical design was an efficient tool for design of extrusion dies,which could enormously reduce the times of trial and error in die desing,and thus could improve the productivity and save the production cost.
