契约精神缺失背景下企业家犯罪对高校创业教育的启示

摘要

统计数据显示:2009—2017年企业家犯罪案件数量呈逐年攀升的趋势,且呈现新的特点。导致企业家犯罪数量攀升的最根本性原因是企业家契约精神缺失。契约精神是所有企业家必须遵循的核心、最不可或缺的信念,是企业家精神的根基。企业家的培养离不开高校的创业教育,因此,高校创业教育应重视契约精神培育。高校的创业教育可通过将契约精神教育纳入创业教育课程体系、加强法制教育和社会主义核心价值观教育引导、加强典型教育等途径进行契约精神的培养。
        Statistics show that the number of entrepreneurial crime cases in 2009-2017 has been increasing year by year,and has displayed new features. The fundamental cause for the increase in the number of entrepreneurial crimes lies in the lack of entrepreneurial contract spirit. The contract spirit is the core and most indispensable belief that all entrepreneurs must follow. It is the foundation of entrepreneurship. The training of entrepreneurs goes hand in hand with the entrepreneurship education in colleges & universities. Therefore,college entrepreneurship education should pay attention to the spirit of contract cultivation. Entrepreneurship education in colleges & universities can cultivate contract spirit by integrating contract spirit education into the entrepreneurship education curriculum system,strengthening legal education,guided by the socialist core values education,and referring more to typical case studies.
