摘要
探讨零件公差规范的生成方法,并在CATIA中实现自动生成符合新一代产品几何技术规范(geometrical product specification,GPS)的三维公差标注。首先研究利用定位特征组成的定位图来描述零件的装配定位,然后基于定位图,给出基准参考系统的公差规范模式和方法,最后在CATIA环境下完成零件公差规范设计系统的开发,并用实例验证了该方法的可行性。
        This paper introduces an approach of tolerance specification design and the automatic 3D dimensioning tolerane which is consistent with the new generative geometrical product specification( GPS) in CATIA. The positioning graphs drawn according to the positioning features are studied,which are used to describe the assembly positioning constraints,the patterns and methods of the tolerance specifications are presented based on the positioning graphs,and then the system of tolerance specification design based on CATIA is developed and an example of verifying the feasibility of the proposed method is given out.
