基于正、逆向工程结合的打蛋器支座设计研究

摘要
3D打印技术从根本上改变了传统制造业中的制造工艺和生产模式,采用逆向工程方法通过3D设备扫描已定模型的打蛋器的三维数据,分析了影响3D扫描精度的主要因素;采用Geomagic Wrap对点云数据进行分析处理;通过Geomagic Design X实现逆向工程的3D模型重构;采用Creo2.0软件对打蛋器的支座做重新设计改造,对设计后的产品进行3D打印及样机试制,结果表明通过设计开发的的支座可与打蛋器很好匹配,说明这种方法可实现设计精确度的提升。
        3D printing technology fundamentally changes the manufacturing process and production mode in traditional manufacturing. The reverse engineering method is used to scan the 3D data of the eggbeater with the determined model through 3D equipment,and the main factors affecting the accuracy of 3D scanning are analyzed. Geomagic wrap is used to analyze and process point cloud data. Geomagic Design X is used to realize 3D model reconstruction of reverse engineering. Creo2.0 software is used to redesign the holder of egg beater,and 3D printing is performed on the designed product. Prototype trial production,the results show that the design of the support can be well matched with the egg beater,indicating that this method can achieve the design accuracy.
