鼻咽癌患者的MKK4、MACC1、p-IRE1蛋白表达水平及其临床意义研究

摘要
目的观察鼻咽癌患者MKK4、MACC1、p-IRE1蛋白表达水平,并分析其临床意义。方法选取2016年2月-2018年2月在我院接受治疗的鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在我院接受鼻息肉治疗的患者为对照。观察两组患者MKK4蛋白、MACC1蛋白、p-IRE1蛋白表达情况,比较不同特征鼻咽癌患者MKK4蛋白、MACC1蛋白、p-IRE1蛋白表达的差异,分析影响鼻咽癌患者MKK4蛋白、MACC1蛋白、p-IRE1蛋白表达的因素。结果鼻咽癌组患者的MACC1、p-IRE1蛋白阳性表达率高于鼻息肉组患者,MKK4蛋白阳性表达率低于鼻息肉组患者;临床分期为Ⅲ期、分化程度为中、低分化、有淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者的MKK4、MACC1、p-IRE1蛋白阳性表达率较高,不同年龄、性别患者的MKK4、MACC1、p-IRE1蛋白阳性表达率无差别;将单因素分析有意义的因素作为自变量,以患者MKK4、MACC1、p-IRE1蛋白表达情况作为因变量,进行回归分析。结果临床分期和淋巴结转移进入回归方程。结论鼻咽癌患者MKK4、MACC1、p-IRE1蛋白阳性表达率较高,且受临床分期和淋巴结转移的影响。
        Objective To observe the expression level of MKK4,MACC1 and p-IRE1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research object,and the patients receiving nasal polyps treatment in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control. The expression of MKK4 protein,MACC1 protein and p-IRE1 protein in both groups were observed. The differences in the expression of MKK4 protein,MACC1 protein and p-IRE1 protein in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were compared,and the factors affecting the expression of MKK4 protein,MACC1 protein and p-IRE1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of MACC1 and p-IRE1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group were higher than that in nasal polyp group,and the positive expression rate of MKK4 protein was lower than that in nasal polyp group. The positive expression rates of MKK4,MACC1 and p-IRE1 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with middle,low differentiation and lymph node metastasis were higher in clinical stage. There were no difference between the positive expression rates of MKK4,MACC1 and p-IRE1 in different age and sex patients. The significance of single factor analysis was taken as the independent variable,and the expressions of MKK4,MACC1 and p-IRE1 were used as the dependent variables. Results the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis entered the regression equation. Conclusion The positive expression rates of MKK4,MACC1 and p-IRE1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients are high,and are affected by clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.
