肱骨远端骨折的肘后侧手术入路进展
摘要
目前国外大部分的学者认为切开复位内固定肱骨内外侧柱是治疗成人肱骨远端骨折的首选方法,术后早期进行功能锻炼,最大限度的恢复肘关节的功能。由于现代高能量损伤增多及人口老龄化,骨折类型愈来愈复杂,无疑又给手术治疗增加了难度,对骨折的显露要求更高,肱骨远端骨折切开复位内固定接受程度最为广泛的入路为尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,近年避免造成鹰嘴骨折的肘后入路逐渐增多。本文回顾国内外肱骨远端骨折的肘后入路作一综述。
