摘要
甜蜜素属于甜味剂的一种,国家标准中规定白酒中不得检出甜蜜素,长时间饮用含有甜蜜素的白酒会给人体带来不利影响。采用国家标准规定的液相色谱-串联质谱法检测酒类甜蜜素的过程中发现,不同厂家的液质联用仪优化出的正离子模式下所监测的202> 122(ESI正离子模式)离子对不同,且差别大。从液相色谱质谱联用仪结构的角度分析原因,可为标准的修订提供参考。
Sodium cyclamate is a kind of sweetening agent. According to national standards the cyclamate in liquor shall not be detected. Consumers for a long time to drink alcohol containing sodium cyclamate will bring harm and adverse effects to the human body. The national standards of sodium cyclamate detection in wine by HPLC-MS/MS found that different manufacturer of fluid mass monitoring by the ms method to optimize the positive ion mode 202> 122(ESI Positive Ion Mode) ion pair is different. A solution may be provided for the revision of the standard by analyzing the cause from the perspective of the structure of the liquid chromatography mass spectrometry.
