肋软骨鼻支架成形术治疗Binder综合征面部凹陷的效果观察

摘要
目的探究肋软骨鼻支架成形术应用于Binder综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析40例Binder综合征患者临床资料,行肋软骨鼻支架成形术者纳入观察组(n=20),行硅胶假体隆鼻术者纳入对照组(n=20)。比较术前及术后6个月时,两组鼻形态(小柱小叶比、鼻尖突出率)、中面部形态(含鼻面部突出度、鼻额角)变化。结果术后6个月时,两组小柱小叶比、鼻尖突出率均较术前有显著提升,且观察组明显高于同期对照组(P <0.05);两组含鼻面部突出度、鼻额角均较术前有显著下降(P <0.05),但组间同期比较均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论肋软骨鼻支架成形术应用于Binder综合征治疗可取得较为理想的临床疗效,对改善患者面部凹陷征有利。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of costal cartilage nasal stenting on facial depression of Binder syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with Binder syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. The patients who underwent costal cartilage nasal stenting were included in the observation group(n=20). The patients who underwent silicone prosthetic rhinoplasty was included in the control group(n=20). The nasal morphology(columella lobule ratio, nasal tip protrusion rate) and mid-face morphology(including nasal protrusion and nasofrontal angle) were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after surgery. Results At 6 months after operation, the columella lobule ratio and nasal tip protrusion rate of the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). The nasal protrusion and nasofrontal angle of the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery(P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05). Conclusions Costal cartilage nasal stenting can achieve better clinical curative effect in the treatment of Binder syndrome, and it is beneficial to improve the facial depression of patients.
