摘要
机械传动部件是保障设备运行不可或缺的元件,对其进行产品集成化研究是推广的关键。采用CAD/CAE建立参数化模型,并进行有限元分析是很有力的研究手段。以采煤机齿轮箱传动部件为例,展开了详细的CAD建模以及CAE分析,应用ANSYS软件分析了传动部件受载时的位移和应力变化。开发了机械传动部件设计及有限元分析的CAD/CAE集成系统,有机地将不同软件集合在一起,统一执行参数设计,实现了机械传动部件参数化设计和有限元分析。
The mechanical transmission parts is indispensable to ensure equipment operation element,is the key to promote integrated research of its products. Using CAD/CAE parametric model was established, and finite element analysis is a powerful research tool. With miner gear box transmission component for example, launched a detailed CAD model and CAE analysis,ANSYS software was used to analyze the driving part loading when the displacement and stress changed. Developed mechanical transmission parts design and finite element analysis of CAD/CAE integration system,organic will gather together different software,unified execution parameter design,to realize the parametric design and finite element analysis of mechanical transmission parts.
