摘要
目的分析转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在儿童结肠息肉中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测TGF-β1和β-catenin蛋白在儿童结肠息肉中的表达情况,逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测TGF-β1和β-catenin m RNA的表达水平,分析其相关性。结果 TGF-β_1蛋白在儿童单发和多发幼年性息肉组织中的阳性表达率为27.59%和48.28%,β-catenin蛋白阳性表达率分别为13.79%和41.38%,TGF-β1和β-catenin的表达呈正相关(r=0.463,P=0.000)。多发幼年性息肉组织中TGF-β1和β-catenin mRNA相对表达水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 TGF-β_1和β-catenin可能参与了儿童结肠息肉的发生和进展。
        Objective To analyze expression of TGF-β1 and β-catenin in colon polyps of children and potential clinical significance.Methods Expression of TGF-β1 and β-catenin protein in colon polyps of children was detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.Potential correlations between TGF-β1 and β-catenin were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of TGF-β1 protein in children with single and multiple juvenile polyps were 27.59% and 48.28%,respectively.Positive expression rates of β-catenin in children with single and multiple juvenile polyps were 13.79% and 41.38%,respectively.TGF-β1 was positively correlated with β-catenin(r = 0.634,P<0.01).Expression levels of TGF-β1 and β-catenin in multiple juvenile polyp tissue were significantly higher than those in the normal tissue(P<0.05).Conclusions TGF-β1 and β-catenin are involved in the development and progression of colon polyps in children.
