镁合金表面Ce-Mn和Ce-Mo复合转化膜性能的研究

摘要
对镁合金表面Ce-Mn和Ce-Mo复合转化膜的性能进行了研究。镁合金Ce-Mo复合转化的最佳配方为:Ce(NO3)39g/L,Na_2MoO_4 4g/L,C_6H_5Na_3O_7·2H_2O 2g/L,温度25℃,时间10min。镁合金Ce-Mn复合转化的最佳配方为:Ce(NO_3)_3 5g/L,KMnO_4 2g/L,NH_4HF_2 0.1g/L,Na_2B_4O_7·10H_2O 0.2g/L,温度25℃,时间2min。最优配方下得到的镁合金复合转化膜平整、结晶细致。Ce-Mo复合转化膜的相组成为Mg、MoO_2、MoO_3、CeO_2和Ce2O_3;Ce-Mn复合转化膜的相组成为Mg、MgO、MnO_2、CeO_2和Ce_2O_3。两种复合转化膜的耐蚀性均比单系转化膜的耐蚀性好,其中Ce-Mo复合转化膜的耐蚀性最好。
        The properties of Ce-Mn and Ce-Mo composite conversion films on the surface of magnesium alloy were studied.The optimal formula of Ce-Mo composite conversion process were as follows:Ce(NO_3)_3 9g/L,Na_2MoO_4 4g/L,C_6H_5Na_3O_7·2H_2O 2g/L,temperature 25 ℃,time 10 min.The optimal formula of Ce-Mn composite conversion process were as follows:Ce(NO_3)_3 5g/L,KMnO_4 2g/L,NH_4HF_2 0.1g/L,Na_2B_4O_7·10H_2O 0.2g/L,temperature25℃,time 2 min.The composite conversion film on magnesium alloy obtained with optimal formula was smooth and meticulous.Ce-Mo composite conversion film was composed of Mg,MoO_2,MoO_3,CeO_2 and Ce_2O_3,and Ce-Mn composite conversion film was composed of Mg,MgO,MnO_2,CeO_2 and Ce_2O_3.The corrosion resistance of two composite conversion films was better than that of single-system conversion film,and Ce-Mo composite conversion film exhibited the best corrosion resistance.
