摘要
目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清白细胞介素(IL)-15、IL-17在判断病情严重程度中的作用。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院儿科收治的MPP患儿265例,根据病情严重程度分为MPP组228例,重症MPP(SMPP)组37例,以健康儿童100例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测并比较3组血清IL-15、IL-17水平。结果:MPP组和SMPP组急性期血清IL-15、IL-17水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05);MPP组恢复期血清IL-15水平高于对照组(P<0.05);SMPP组急性期血清IL-15、IL-17水平均高于MPP组(均P<0.05);SMPP组恢复期血清IL-17水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,MPP严重程度与血清IL-15、IL-17水平呈正相关关系(r=0.34,0.27,P<0.05)。结论:MPP患儿血清IL-15、IL-17水平高于正常儿童,并随着病情加重而增高。
        Objective:To investigate the role of serum interleukin(IL)-15 and IL-17 levels in evaluating the severity of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods:A total of 265 children diagnosed with MPP in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected,and were randomly divided into MPP group(n=228)and severe MPP(SMPP)group(n=37)according to the severity of the disease.One hundred healthy children were selected as a control group.The levels of IL-15 and IL-17 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The levels of IL-15 and IL-17 in MPP and SMPP groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The IL-15 level of MPP patients during convalescence was higher than that of controls(P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-15 and IL-17 at the acute phase in SMPP group were significantly higher than those in the MPP group(P<0.05).The IL-17 level of SMPP patients at the recovery phase was significantly higher than those of controls(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the severity of MPP was positively correlated with serum IL-15 and IL-17 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of IL-15 and IL-17 in MPP children were significantly higher than those of healthy children,and were increased during disease progression.
