摘要
针对现阶段热成形模具冷却孔多采用深直孔的现状,介绍了国内外现有的弯孔加工技术与研究现状,围绕采用各种特殊方式对弯孔加工的关键技术进行了论述。分析了各种弯孔加工方式所存在的问题,揭示了弯孔加工的主要技术难点,并对今后的弯孔加工技术发展做出了展望。
        Aiming at the present situation that deep straight holes are mostly used as the cooling channel of hot forming dies, the existing curved hole processing technology and research status at home and abroad were introduced, and the special key technologies of curved hole processing are discussed. The problems existing in various methods of curved hole processing were analyzed, and the main technical difficulties of curved hole processing were revealed, and the future development of curved hole processing technology was prospected.
