摘要
弧长稳定性直接影响了焊接过程稳定性及焊缝成形,为使焊接过程稳定,获得高质量焊缝,通过焊接工艺试验研究了各部分电压变化对弧长的影响规律。针对硅青铜焊丝脉冲GMAW钎焊,搭建了熔滴过渡过程焊接电信号的同步采集试验平台,分析恒定电流情况下电弧弧长与电压的变化关系,同时采用MATLAB图像处理对弧长进行测量,并对试验数据进行处理和分析,得到各部分电压与弧长之间的关系。
        Arc length stability directly affects the stability of welding process and formation of weld. In order to stabilize the welding process and obtain high quality welds, the effect law of voltage variation of each part on arc length was studied in this welding process, A synchronous acquisition experiment platform of welding electric signals in droplet transfer process was built for pulse GMAW brazing with silicon bronze wire. The relationship between the arc length and voltage was analyzed under constant current, and the arc length was measured using MATLAB image processing, finally the relationship between voltage of each part and arc length was obtained by processing and analyzing the test data.
