摘要

国医大师朱南孙乃沪上朱氏妇科第三代传人,从医近八十载,医术精湛。朱老提出输卵管阻塞性不孕症以肝肾亏虚为本,总的病因病机为湿热和血瘀。根据理论认识,朱老施治时常辨证予朱氏验方——蒲丁藤酱消炎汤化裁以清热利湿、疏化冲任,待湿热渐退,炎症得消,再加以补养肝肾之品,胎孕乃成。
        TCM master ZHU Nan-sun, the third generation of inheritance of ZHUs' gynecology in Shanghai, has superb medical skills with nearly 80 years' clinical experience in gynecology. ZHU Nan-sun suggests that tubal obstruction infertility was based on liver-kidney deficiency, and the total cause of disease and pathogenesis of it were dampness-heat and blood stasis.According to the theory, professor ZHU commonly uses ZHUs' prescription of modified Puding Tengjiang Xiaoyan Decoction to clear heat and promote diuresis, and disperse thoroughfare and conception channels. With dampness-heat fading away, the inflammation is eliminated, and then the patients would be treated to nourish liver and kidney. Finally, the patients could be pregnant successfully.
