摘要
采用酸碱腐蚀后高温氧化的方法对NiCrFe金属载体表面进行预处理,并应用溶胶-凝胶法制备(Al2O3)(K2O)(SiO2)2玻璃陶瓷涂层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对载体和涂层进行形貌分析.实验证明,该玻璃陶瓷涂层的涂覆可以有效的提高比表面积.
        The NiCrFe metallic substrate surface were pretreated using the method of hightemperature oxidation after acid and alkali corrosion,and the(Al2O3)(K2O)(SiO2)2 glass ceramic coating was prepared by sol-gel method.The morphology analysis on carrier and coating were carried out by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).Experimental results show that the glass ceramic coating can effectively improve the ratio of surface area.
