摘要
辅导员是大学生思想政治教育和日常管理的骨干力量,在保证人才培养质量、维护高校安全稳定、促进高校健康可持续发展中发挥了重要作用,理应受到重视。辅导员考评是加强辅导员队伍建设的有效途径,但目前高校辅导员考评中存在考评目标不明确、考评指标不科学、考评主体不全面、考评结果运用不合理等问题,严重影响了考评的效果。从系统论视角分析辅导员考评体系主要包括目标体系、指标体系、主体体系、运用体系等四个子系统,在实际实施过程中还要注重数据采集的真实性,保证考评的科学性、客观性、公平性,惟有如此才能充分发挥考评的作用,激发辅导员的主动性、积极性和创造性,提升工作水平和效果,提高人才培养质量。
The counselor is the backbone of ideological and political education and daily management of college students.It plays an important role in ensuring the quality of personnel training,maintaining the security and stability of colleges and universities,and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of colleges.The evaluation of counselors is an effective way to strengthen the construction of counselors.However,there are some problems in the evaluation of counselors in colleges.The evaluation indicators are unscientific,the evaluation subjects are not comprehensive and the evaluation results are unreasonable effect.From the perspective of system theory,the evaluation system of the counselor mainly includes the four subsystems of the target system,the index system,the subject system and the application system.In the actual implementation process,we should pay attention to the authenticity of the data collection,ensure the scientific nature,objectivity,fairness,the only way to fully play the role of evaluation,to stimulate the counselor′s initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,improve the level of work and effectiveness and the quality of personnel training.
