摘要
目的:建立静脉用药集中调配《输液顺序标签标注质量标准》,指导调控输液顺序提高患者用药安全性和有效性。方法:设计并建立用药安全性和有效性相关的8个药学信息子数据库,采用WCF数据通道技术和SOA设计方法实现医嘱用药的智能提示,制定《输液顺序标签标注质量标准》指导输液顺序标签标注。结果:每一个子数据库,按提示标注输液顺序的患者占有提示的患者百分比(标注患者/提示患者)分别为:"频次"55.28%,"辅药"49.49%,"时限"(≤4 h)"、"禁忌"、"相互"100%,"时辰"76.53%,刺激"98.36%,"预防(治疗)"93.94%;基于提高用药安全性和有效性标注输液顺序的患者占总住院患者66.33%。结论:建立《输液顺序标签标注质量标准》指导输液顺序的标注,可提高用药安全性和有效性。
        OBJECTIVE To explore and establish "quality standard of infusion sequence labeling" in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS), and to improve medication safety and effectiveness through regulation of infusion sequence. METHODS Eight sub-databases of pharmaceutical information related to medication safety and efficacy were designed and established. Windows Communication Foundation(WCF) and Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) were used to realize the intelligent prompt of prescribed drugs. "Quality standard of infusion sequence labeling" was established to guide infusion sequence labeling. RESULTS In each sub-database, the percentage of patients with tags(labelled patients/prompted patients) by prompting the infusion sequence were: "Dosing frequency" at 55.28%, "Auxiliary" at 49.49%, "Time limit(≤4 h)" at 100%, "Incompatibility" at 100%, "Chronopharmacology" at 76.53%, "Interaction" at 100%, "Irritative" at 98.36%, and "Preventive(therapeutic)" at 93.94%, respectively; patients labelled with infusion sequence based on improved medication safety and effectiveness accounted for 66.33% of the total hospitalized patients. CONCLUSION Through establishment of "quality standard of infusion sequence labeling" for guiding infusion sequence regulating and labeling, the safety and effectiveness of medication can be improved.
