番茄潜叶蛾对4种茄科植物的适应性研究

摘要
番茄潜叶蛾(Tuta absoluta (Meyrick))是茄科植物上的重要害虫。本文研究了番茄、马铃薯、茄子和辣椒4种寄主对番茄潜叶蛾产卵选择、生长发育和种群增长参数的影响。结果表明,成虫对4种寄主的产卵偏好性强弱依次为番茄>马铃薯>茄子>辣椒。辣椒上卵发育历期最长,幼虫孵化后不能完成发育。番茄上成虫前期存活率高于马铃薯和茄子,但总发育历期较长。该虫取食番茄叶片时的单雌产卵量和雌虫寿命高于其取食马铃薯和茄子叶片。其取食番茄、马铃薯和茄子叶片时的内禀增长率分别为0.143 4、0.140 6、0.113 3。综上所述,番茄潜叶蛾的最适寄主为番茄;在辣椒上无法完成生长发育;在马铃薯和茄子上种群增长潜能较强,具有暴发成灾的可能。
        Tuta absoluta(Meyrick) is a devastating pest of solanaceous plants. In this article,we studied the effect of 4 cultivated solanaceous plants,tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.),potato(Solanum tuberosum L.),eggplant(S. melongena L.) and pepper(Capsicum annuum L.),on the oviposition selection,development and population growth parameters of T. absoluta. The results showed that the oviposition preference of T. absoluta on 4 host plants were as follows:tomato,potato,eggplant and pepper. The egg duration on pepper was the longest and the newly hatched larvae could not survive on pepper leaves.The survival rate of entire immature stage on tomato was greater than that on potato and eggplant,but the mean developmental duration on tomato was the longest. The female fecundity and longevity on tomato were greater than that on potato and eggplant. The intrinsic rates of natural increase of T. absoluta fed on tomato,potato and eggplant leaves were 0.1434,0.1406,and 0.1133,respectively. Consequently,tomato was the most suitable host plant of T. absoluta,yet,the pest could not finish development on pepper. T. absoluta had great population growth potential on potato and eggplant and could become a serious pest on these two hosts under favorable conditions.
