自发性冠状动脉夹层CTA影像表现

摘要
目的探讨自发性冠状动脉夹层(SCAD)的CT血管造影(CTA)影像表现,希望有助于提高早期诊断准确率。方法搜集8例SCAD患者的CT影像学资料,并结合冠状动脉造影(CAG)或/和血管内超声(IVUS)检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 8例SCAD患者中,CT表现为节段型或弥漫性撕裂的内膜片影5例;表现为节段性或弥漫性管腔狭窄3例,其中1例局部可见内膜片影。结论 CTA是诊断SCAD的重要手段,特点是无创且诊断准确率高,完全能成为SCAD患者首选的影像学筛查方法。
Objective To improve the rate of early diagnosis of spontaneous coronary artery dissection by exploring its CTA imaging features.Methods We retrospectively reviewed CTA images of 8 confirmed cases of spontaneous coronary artery dissection.Results There were 5 cases which showed segmental or diffuse intimal tear,3 cases with segmental or diffuse luminal stenosis,one of which was locally visible.Conclusion CTA is an important imaging modality for the diagnosis of spontaneous coronary artery dissection,characterized by noninvasive techniques and high diagnostic accuracy.This can potentially be a preferred imaging screening method for patients who were suspected of spontaneous coronary artery dissection.
