摘要

固定资产是电网公司资产的重要构成部分,加强固定资产各项管理,夯实资产管理基础,是电网公司稳健运营的重要保障。文章研究了电网公司固定资产强化管理策略。电网公司实施财务集约化管理以来,固定资产的精益化管理和标准化管控成为重要的财务管理内容,建立科学合理、集约高效、管控有力的固定资产管理机制,强化固定资产规范化、精细化、信息化和标准化管理,更有利于提高企业的资产管理水平,发挥集团资产运营效益。
        Fixed assets are an important part of the assets of power grid companies. Strengthening the management of fixed assets and consolidating the foundation of asset management is an important guarantee for the stable operation of power grid companies. This paper studies the strategy of strengthening management grid company's fixed asset. Since the implementation of financial intensive management by power grid companies, the lean management and standardization of fixed assets have become an important financial management content, establishing a scientific and rational, intensive and efficient, well-controlled fixed asset management mechanism, and strengthening the standardization, refinement and informatization of fixed assets. And standardization management is more conducive to improving the asset management level of enterprises and giving full play to the operational benefits of the group's assets.
