STAT3、versican在胆囊癌中的表达及与患者临床特征的关系

摘要
目的探讨信号转导蛋白和转录激活物3(STAT3)、多能蛋白聚糖(versican)在胆囊癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取58例胆囊癌患者的胆囊癌组织标本和80例胆囊息肉患者的胆囊息肉组织标本,采用免疫组化染色法检测两种标本中STAT3、versican蛋白的表达情况,并分析STAT3、versican蛋白表达与胆囊癌患者临床特征的关系。结果胆囊癌组织中STAT3蛋白、versican蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于胆囊息肉组织(P﹤0.01)。TNM分期为Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移胆囊癌患者胆囊癌组织中STAT3蛋白的阳性表达率分别高于TNM分期为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者(P﹤0.05);TNM分期为Ⅲ期、分化程度为低分化、有淋巴结转移胆囊癌患者胆囊癌组织中versican蛋白的阳性表达率分别高于TNM分期为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、分化程度为中高分化、无淋巴结转移的患者(P﹤0.05)。结论 STAT3、versican蛋白在胆囊癌组织中表达上调,可能与肿瘤的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) and versican in gallbladder carcinoma. Method The specimens of gallbladder carcinoma and gallbladder polyps were collected from 58 cases with gallbladder cancer and 80 patients with gallbladder polyps, respectively,the expression of STAT3 and versican protein in these specimens were detected by immunohistochemical staining, furthermore, the relationship between STAT3 and versican protein expression and the clinical characteristics of patients with gallbladder carcinoma was analyzed. Result The positive expression rates of STAT3 protein and versican protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in gallbladder polyps tissues(P<0.01). The positive expression rate of STAT3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues at TNM stage III and with positive lymph node metastasis was higher than that in those with TNM stage I-II and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of versican protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues at TNM stage III, with poorly differentiated lesions and positive lymph node metastasis was higher than that of patients with TNM stage I-II, moderately differentiated disease and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of STAT3 and versican proteins are up-regulated in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and may be related to the occurrence and development of tumors.
