摘要
为制定科学、合理的主变压器检修方案,进一步节约检修成本,提出一种结合风险评估模型与全寿命周期成本(LCC)技术的检修方案设计思路,开发了基于图形化编程语言LabVIEW的应用软件。软件可以实现两大功能,首先根据计算所得各主变压器故障概率和风险值,实现多台主变压器检修时的优先度排序,选出急需检修的设备;然后结合所建的主变压器LCC模型和检修后故障概率预测结果,推荐最为经济合理的检修方式。该软件综合考量了技术和经济指标,软件界面简洁、易用,有丰富的在线帮助系统,使得检修计划的制定更加方便、合理。
        A design idea of maintenance plan combining risk assessment model and life cycle cost(LCC) technology is proposed,and an application software is developed on the basis of graphical programming language LabVIEW to formulate the scientific and reasonable maintenance plan for main transformer,and further save the cost of maintenance. Using the software,the sorting of maintenance priority for multiple main transformers is realized according to the calculated faulty probability and risk value of every main transformer,and the transformer in need of maintenance is selected;the most economical and reasonable maintenance method is recommended according to LCC model of main transformer and prediction results of faulty probability after maintenance. The software considers both technical and economic indicators,its interface is simple and easy to use,has abundant online help system to make the formulation of maintenance plan more convenient and reasonable.
