课内实训教学总结与反思——以“中级财务会计”课程为例

摘要
课内实训是以理论课教学目标和内容为依托,设计相应的实践内容穿插在理论课中进行训练,在教学中实现理论联系实际,培养学生应用技能的实践环节。为增强学生实践能力,越来越多的高校教师开始实施课内实训。本文以"中级财务会计"课程为例,结合笔者课内实训的体会,从课内实训的重要性、方法介绍入手,提出避免将实训变成另一种习题训练、与理论课程教学内容密切结合、实训方法的选择、实训指导应授之以渔、加强实训管理与考核等总结与反思。
        Practical trainings in classes is the practice part relied on teaching purpose and content of the theoretical courses,which are arranged among the theoretical classes with the corresponding trainings designed. According to this, the connections between theories and real conditions can be formed and applying ability of students can be developed as well. In the environment of enhancing students' practicing ability, more and more university teachers start to carry out practical trainings on the class. The article took the class of Intermediate Financial Accounting as an example, integrated the experienceof practical trainings on the class, suggested summaries and thoughts on the importance and methods of the practical trainings on the class such as "avoiding turning the practical trainings into another kind of exercises training" "integrating deeply with the theoretical teaching" "choosing better methods of practical training" "instructing the way of the trainings instead of teaching conclusions", and "developing the tests and managements of the practical trainings".
