基于配网作业安全生产的内控机制建设探究

摘要
配网工程从工程建设施工到工程运维都存在一定的风险和危机,配网作业中的安全风险已经成为一项热议的话题,需要引起供电企业的高度重视,对此有必要创建配网安全生产的内控机制,依靠该内控机制来防范配网安全生产中的问题。文章分析了配网作业安全风险,然后探讨了配网作业安全生产的内控机制建设。
There are certain risks and crises in distribution network engineering from construction to operation and maintenance.The safety risk in distribution network operation has become a hot topic, which needs to be paid great attention to by power supply enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the internal control mechanism of distribution network safety production, and rely on the internal control mechanism to prevent the problems in distribution network safety production. This paper analyzes the safety risk of distribution network operation, and then discusses the construction of internal control mechanism of distribution network operation safety production.
