吕文良教授运用黄芪论治慢性肝病的经验

摘要
现代多认为慢性肝病的病机为湿热疫毒内蕴,治疗时重用苦寒之品以清热解毒。吕文良教授深入分析其病因病机,认为慢性肝病的病理性质为本虚标实;主张在辨证论治的基础上,治疗以调和气血为主,尤应重视益气,同时佐以清热、利湿、解毒等法。黄芪为临床常用药物,尤擅于补气。黄芪通过其益气作用可扶正祛邪、健脾、补益肝气、活血利水,对各种慢性肝病都具有治疗作用,且在其临床各阶段均可使用。故吕教授在治疗慢性肝病常灵活运用黄芪,并与清热解毒、活血利水等药配伍,以达到标本兼治的目的。吕文良教授善用黄芪辨治慢性肝病的经验,为临床治疗提供了新的治疗思路。
Modern doctors of traditional Chinese medicine think that the pathogenesis of chronic liver disease is that damp-heat and infectious evil are accumulate inside the body.During treatment,high-dose Chinese medicine of bitter and cold is used to clearing heat and detoxification.Professor LYU Wenliang makes an in-depth analysis for the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic liver disease,and thinks that its' pathological nature is deficiency Ben and excessive Biao.He advocates that the main treatment of chronic liver disease,on the basis of treatment by differentiation of syndrome,should be reconciliation of qi and blood,especially for qi,at the same time with clearing heat,removing dampness and toxin,ect.Astragalus is a commonly used herb in clinical practice and is particularly good at replenishing qi.Professor LYU Wenliang found that the astragalus can achieve effects such as strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,strengthening spleen,supplementing liver qi,and promoting blood circulation and diuresis through its function of tonifying qi in clinical practice.It has therapeutic effects on various chronic liver diseases and can be used throughout the disease.Therefore,Professor LYU Wenliang often used Astragalus in various stages of clinical treatment of chronic liver disease,and combined it with other medicines to achieve the purpose of treating both the symptoms and the root.By summarizing Professor LYU Wenliang's experience in treating chronic liver disease with astragalus,we hopes to provide some new treatment ideas for clinical treatment.
