浅谈焦作市化解经济下行压力的对策

摘要
目前世界经济增速放缓,保护主义和单边主义加剧,贸易摩擦不断发生,国际经济与政治形势不稳定,我国经济面临下行压力,消费增速降低,企业投资减少。受国内外环境影响,焦作市面临工业产能过剩、社会需求降低、节能减排形势严峻、资源消耗过快、生态环境保护等经济下行压力。本文认真分析焦作市经济转型面临的压力与产生原因,并以国内其他城市改革发展成功经验为指导,提出了焦作市化解经济下行压力的可行性对策,以推动焦作市经济持续稳定发展。
The world economy is slowing down, trade frictions are constantly occurring, and the international economic and political situation is unstable. The economy of China is also facing downward pressure, with domestic consumption growth slowing and business investment declining. Affected by the situation, Jiaozuo is facing downward economic pressure, including industrial overcapacity, reduced social demand, energy conservation and emission reduction, rapid consumption of resources and so on. This paper analyzes the pressure and cause of economic transformation of Jiaozuo, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures under the guidance of the successful experience of other cities in China, so as to promote the sustained and stable development of Jiaozuo economy.
