摘要
采用真空感应熔炼,精选原材料,使用MgO坩埚,在HS690镍基合金中加入一定含量的稀土La和金属Mg,试验结果表明:La+Mg含量超过一定值时,铸锭锻造开坯时,在表面及其内部产生大量裂纹,致使锻件报废。因此适当控制两者的含量是十分必要的,为下一步后序加工打下基础。同时,在低硫含量范围内加入稀土,La起不到脱硫作用。
The influences of La plus Mg content on forge cracking during the vacuum induction melting(VIM)of Ni-based superalloy HS690 were studied using MgO crucible and choice material.The experimental result indicated that it caused a large number forging cracks on the surface and inside of forged piece if La and Mg contents exceed a certain value when the ingot was forged,so the forged piece was scraped.In order to lay solid foundations of next processing,it is necessary to control the proper La plus Mg content.At the same time,the addition of La to the ingot can not be effective in desulphurization when the sulphur content in raw material is less than 30 ppm.
