摘要

面临日趋紧张的能源短缺与环境问题,经济发展方式向低碳经济转型已经成为绵阳市发展的必然选择。本文首先介绍了低碳经济相关概念,然后对绵阳市低碳经济发展中取得的成绩和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出低碳经济发展的相关对策,以期为绵阳市在发展低碳经济提供参考和建议。
        With an increasingly tense energy shortages and environmental problems,economic development pattern transformation to a low-carbon economy has become the mianyang city development inevitably choice at first,this paper introduces the low carbon economy related concepts,and then in Mianyang city low carbon economic development achievements and existing problems are analyzed,and put forward the countermeasures about the development of the low carbon economy,the low carbon economy development of mianyang,in order to provide reference and suggestions.
