摘要
脂质过氧化普遍存在于植物的发育及其与环境互作过程中,而脂肪氧化酶是催化脂质过氧化的关键酶,也是一种多功能酶,催化多种生理反应。综述了植物脂肪氧化酶的生理特性及其生物学功能。
        Lipid peroxidation is common in all biological systems, both appearing in developmentally and environmentally regulated processes of plants. Lipoxygenase is the key enzyme to catalyze lipid peroxidation,and it is also a multifunctional enzyme, catalyzing a variety of physiological reactions. The physiological characteristics and biological functions of plant lipoxygenase were reviewed in this paper.
